Common fee for smaller townhouse units will be 2,500 thb per month including 24 hour security, common area electricity, common area water, common pool cleaning, gardening (there will not be any individual gardens for townhouse units). For individual houses and bigger townhouse units common fee will be 3,000 thb per month. Electricity and water will be billed per unit and individual house, based on individual electrical and water meters.
