Smart House Village 1 project's sales broke through so fast that the entire project was sold and closed down 100% in four months. This was unbeatable proof that the Smart House Village-style project is the only right kind of house project directed towards foreign concept. We started with the Smart House Village 1 of sales in October 2006 and all 32 had been sold by January 2007. The project houses and public areas had been promised to be completed by June 2007, and it did.
The total of the first sale of the house the last of the finished house, thus it took up to 9 months.
For this reason, the Smart House Village 2 followed the same familiar concept, but in order to be even more complete, many good things that were added. Smart House Village 2 is only 500 meters from the Smart House Village 1 project.
