Our purpose is take care of our customers complacency so we decided to open restaurant's to both Smart House Village 1 and 2. At this moment for customers pleasure is taken care of by Jum's and Yuwarat's restaurants. Yuwarat is allocated to Smart House Village 1 and Jum's restaurant at Smart House Village 2. In Yuwarat's restaurant you only will get traditional Thai food. But if you are good friend of European food then your place may be Jum's restaurant since it provides all kind of difference food from European countries, from pasta to meatballs or example English breakfast..

Smart House Village 2 have a shop aswell, you can buy some basic needings from there easily that you dont need to go far to town just for buying some food example butter, bread, milk, juice or eggs etc. which will make extra cost for your shopping bill.

We have laundry services in all our Smart House areas. You just have to pick up one form and come back with your clothes and filled form.

Shuttle Bus

We have taxi service in every our project areas. It takes you from Smart House Village 1 and 2 to Hua Hin city for 300 Baht/each a way, and from Smart House Resort to city for 400 Baht/each a way.

Swimming Pool and Sauna Room

All our project areas have atleast one big public swimming pool and sauna. We keep our swimming water clean with salt and sand without using any chlorine and we also daily hoover the pools from unnecessary dirt. Adult swimming pools are 1.2 - 1.5 meter deep but we also have children's side in our every public swimming pools which are 0.5 meters deep.

We also have sauna in every Smart House area's and everybody can use them whenever they want. They are desinged for 4 to 8 person and everybody can change temperature of sauna as cold or warm as they've been used to. All Sauna's are located next to public swimming pools so you can easily just go out when heat starts to be too much for you and relax in cool water.
